David Choo Yung Kim, AIA, LEED AP

David's well-rounded experience includes design and construction procedures for numerous school and public agency projects. He has a wide range of experience on various types of projects dealing with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other applicable building codes, coordinating with consultants, working in design development, completing construction documents for regulatory plan-check approvals, and supporting construction phase services.

With his experience, David is able to bridge the gap between the designer's vision and the owner's needs and requirements to deliver a product that is aesthetic and functional.
