Hanover Dallas is a four-story multi-family residential complex with amenities located on the corner of the ground level. Proposed within the up-and-coming Design District of Dallas, the site is situated directly off the Hi-Line Drive rest stop for the developing Trinity Strand Trail. The design anticipated the development’s pedestrian relationship to the evolving Trinity Strand Trail and future art galleries. While using materials that would acknowledge the industrial aesthetic of its surrounding context, the design appeals to the high-end taste of the residence’s demographic.
Working closely with the client’s development and construction team, various siting and building massing studies were explored to create maximum design value while minimizing construction costs. Façade design was prioritized in different segments of the building to allocate the appropriate amount of budget in key areas of the building while reducing costs in other parts of the project.
TSK provided massing, elevation, and skin design services.
