The Tricom Building is a 27,154 sq. ft. crisp and functional building, filled with light and healthy environments that promote employee productivity. The building has received a LEED-Silver rating, the first in Pasadena, California. Collaboration with the contractor to select materials and systems met both the environmental and budgetary requirements. Ultimately, the developer Yorkshire Development appreciated the building so much that they moved their own offices into the second floor, and due to its success and the viability of others, the they are considering future eco-friendly projects.
