Michael is Vice President of TSK. He is a licensed architect and LEED accredited professional with expertise in the design and project management of sustainable buildings.
His design philosophy and approach is that buildings should be healthy and efficient places to learn, work and play.
Each project that Mike embarks on, whether seeking LEED accreditation or not, is crafted to be sustainable, high performance and climatically appropriate.
Michael has extensive experience working with clients in K-12 and higher education throughout Nevada.
He is well-versed in alternative project delivery methods, including construction manager at risk, which entails a commitment to deliver a project within a guaranteed maximum price, and design-build, a method or project delivery in which the team works under a single contract to provide design and construction services.
