David has nearly 25 years of experience with his career dedicated to the design and refinement of educational facilities. His breadth of expertise across K-12 and higher education includes new building construction for schools, gyms, libraries, modernizations, classroom portables, and accessibility upgrades for both campus sites and building interiors.

He is fully versed in all aspects of the design and construction process from project concept initiation, construction documents, bidding, construction administration, and project closeout.

Given the higher standard of care required for school construction in California, David also has extensive experience working with state agencies, including the Division of the State Architect. Understanding the value of relationships, he has maintained positive connections with many managers and plan check reviewers.
