Tim Rudloff, Associate AIA
Tim began his career in architecture as an intern at DPA Architects in Scottsdale, Arizona. He learned the basics of architectural drawing production and gradually developed additional skills in space planning, coordination with consultants, construction administration, and addressing revisions by clients and cities.
He primarily worked on designing restaurants. The two most significant restaurant concepts included Eddie V’s Prime Seafood and Hopdoddy Burger Bar. Most of these projects were tenant improvements and were located throughout the US.
After working at DPA for more than three years, Tim relocated to Henderson, Nevada, and joined TSK as project coordinator in Aug. 2016.
He has worked on a broad range of projects, including Summit Club, a mixed-use residential and recreational club house in the Las Vegas master planned community in Summerlin; Frank E. Moss Court House, a seismic retrofit project for the General Services Administration in downtown Salt Lake City; and Studio 6 and Recharge Bar, an extended stay hotel and connected restaurant concept in Sparks, Nevada.
