The triangular design avoids strong wind currents from the southeast and northeast, maximizes views and helps lower the cost of construction. A series of sustainability strategies have been implemented. In addition to active strategies like wind and solar power, passive strategies are used, including natural ventilation, daylighting and rainwater collection. The three-story podium of the building is designed for retail use, while the tower features office space and high-end apartments.
