WCSD Mount Rose Elementary School is one of the original Mission/Spanish Revival style schools constructed in 1912 with additions in 1938 and 1995. TSK was tasked with an exterior renovation including stucco repair, tile mosaic repair, and new painting of the perimeter walls and dome recoating.

Design originated in 2016 and due to funding concerns, design completed in 2019 and work was completed in 2020. Project was traditional design-bid-build. Construction value of $390,000.
