Preliminary Design Response:

ZNE Design + Construction Design Criteria and requirements over the next decade.

  • Regional Climate Analysis

  • On/Off Site existing Site Assessment and planning + construction constraints

  • Response with Site Planning in response to the complexity and environmental conditions and challenges

  • Environmental contribution vs sustainable design standards

  • Harvesting the sun’ energy. Solar power placed on the existing and new buildings, as well as site open parking areas

  • Storm water toxic mitigation

  • New buildings, natural light, ventilation, thermal envelope, energy effective systems

  • Data driven climate, mechanical, plumbing systems

  • Reduction in operational costs with a target of 60% reduction
