TSK Henderson collected hygiene supplies for The Center in Las Vegas. The Center brings together programs, resources, and services to meet the needs of the community. They function as the heart and home of the LGBTQIA+ community by making connections, delivering programs, and providing a safe space for health and wellness, social services, arts and culture, advocacy, and community building.
Long Beach Rescue Mission's Lydia House

TSK Los Angeles took up a collection for Long Beach Rescue Mission's Lydia House. The 50-bed Lydia House provides solace and hope for women and children facing abuse, addiction, financial hardship and abandonment. Lydia House also assists many in finding more acute care facilities, while striving to move all guests into semi-permanent housing.
Domestic Violence Resource Center Gift Donation

Every year TSK Architects - Reno-Tahoe Office chooses one charity to support for the Holidays. We have adopted a family with Domestic Violence Resource Center, Reno. The DVRC provides free services for people experiencing family violence. Their mission is to, “Rebuild safe and hopeful lives for victims of family violence.”
This week the team took time to show off their skills to wrap some Christmas presents. We wish all of their families a Merry Christmas.
Nevada Cancer Coalition Lunch in Reno

October was Breast Cancer Awareness Month and TSK Reno decided to bring awareness to the #PaintNevadaPink by the Nevada Cancer Coalition. The Nevada Cancer Coalition fundraises screening for the uninsured & underinsured and has the continuous task of educating Nevadans about the importance of screening for early cancer detection. To show our support, the team wore pink to our office lunch event on October 13th and we added a fundraise link on our signature for the month of October. We showed our support on social media to bring awareness to the organization and to the cause.

Community is a very important part of the culture at TSK. No matter where we are geographically, we all live in communities that can use our support. We give our time, money, passion, and creativity to a multitude of organizations and causes. Sometimes it is as simple as sponsoring an event, and sometimes it’s gathering a group of people to donate our time, talent, and occasionally even sweat.
