TSK has been working with the City of Henderson and redevelopment authority to develop a vision for the future of Downtown Water Street. Building upon the findings from a design charrette with city officials, city council members, developers and local business owners, our design team created a master plan to help transform the Water Street District into a vibrant social and economic center. The master plan includes mixed-use, multi-family housing, infill commercial and retail buildings, as well as a proposed new market to draw people downtown.
