TSK served Las Vegas Paving as the Architect of Record for a variety of renovation / new construction elements across the City of Henderson Civic Plaza, such as the new pedestrian bridge linking the events plaza to level two of the Lifeguard Arena, renovated amphitheater and green room, city hall expansion, and concept design for the new shade structures. TSK directly coordinated their scope of work with CORE Construction as the primary "vertical" construction lead.

Central to the city's need for upgraded security and central access was the expansion to the existing east city hall. A new two-story point of entry serves as a secure inspection, visitor help center, and office suite for city hall. The design was developed in coordination with city staff, including members of the police department and security team to ensure operational needs were central to the layout of the interior space and connectivity to the exterior plaza.
