TSK is providing professional services for Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Drawings, Permitting & Bidding Tasks, and Construction Administration for the new 12,000 SF Sparks Fire Station #6 to be located at the intersection of Scheidbar Road and Rolling Meadows Drives. The station design re-directed the Concept Design provided by the City of Sparks.

The facility will include the following:

• Fire Station of approx. 12,000 SF

• Outbuildings/Structures including trash enclosure, generator enclosure, fueling station

• Access Roads including coordination with NDOT

• Public Parking and Staff Parking (with Staff Parking to be considered for possible secure access)

• Green Waste Collection
