Constructed in 1896 as a Men’s Residence Hall, TSK worked on this project to provide a seismic retrofit, provide ADA compliance with new restrooms and 4-stop elevator and all new Finishes, and MPE Systems. Building consists of a walk-out basement and three levels above grade and a total of 24,000 square feet. Project was completed in 2016 for approx. 8M.

TSK in 2021, is working on an exterior window replacement project with work schedule to commence in Spring 2022. Construction budget is approx. $140,000.
